We also accept money orders and bank drafts - The money order must be in US Dollars. Please make sure your name and invoice number is on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order. We do not ship orders until we receive full payment. T/T payment - If your total is $500.00 or more, you may pay directly to our bank account. Please refer to F.A.Q. Payment page for our bank information.
Certified Bank Cheques - As long as the following conditions are met, we process the order immediately upon receiving your cheque. We do not ship orders until we receive payment.
The cheque must be in US dollars, drawn from a US bank.
Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written onto the check. No P.O. Box addresses accepted. Please make sure your invoice number is on the check if you submitted the order online. C.O.D. is not available for the international mail order.

Shipping Options

Orders are shipped by Express Mail Service for most international shipments, UPS or Fedex Ground services and North American districts. Other shipping methods are available, such as FedEx Express for faster delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods, based on package weight and its destination.

Returns

Contact us for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense, unopened and in perfect condition in order to receive credit or refund. Full credit (excluding the shipping, handling and payment processing fees) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. On the rare occasion that we may ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
