We do not ship your order until we receive payment. C.O.D. is not available.  Although we do not recommend it, you may send cash to our shop address by registered mail.

I am purchasing a hand stitched kendo bogu set which takes 3 months to produce. I would like my order to proceed without paying now so that I can save my money for next 3 month to pay while waiting on the bogu set is finished. Is it possible?

It is possible but we ask you for a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount depends on the total order. We will notify you when your bogu set will be ready. The machine stitched bogu sets required full payment at the time of order.

I want to wire directly to your bank account for my payment. What are your bank details?

About Delivery

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on stock availability and the method of shipment that you choose.  For North American orders we ship via UPS (surface, 2 to 10 days) or UPS Express (air, 2 days).  International shipments are sent via UPS Express.  For estimated delivery times to your country, check out www.ups.com.

How long does it take for my custom order to arrive?

Delivery times displayed on the homepage are general estimations based on recent orders delivered in comparison with their order dates. Please take consideration that crafting companies can be delayed and it is recommended to check back with us near the projected completion date.

What if I receive my order damaged?

Please keep the item in the original box and report the carrier immediately. Then please also let us know by email.

I am not satisfied with your product. Can I return it for a refund or exchange?

For general merchandise, you may return it within 10 days for either a full store credit (minus shipping costs,) or a full refund (minus shipping costs and 10% card processing fees.)  After 10 days, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days.  Merchandise to be returned must be unopened and in new condition.  For customized items like Kendo bogu, Iaito swords, Shinsakuto, products that have been personalized with embroidery, or special orders from Japan, the return usually cannot accepted, unless the order is for the wrong specification. In terms of cancellation on custom orders, we may accept only if there are unavoidable circumstances. Cancelation fee of 37% will be applied for cancelling custom orders. 30% for stocking, 3.5% for the purchase card transaction fee and 3.5% for the refund card transaction fee.
