This is a Higo style iaito featuring frosted silver accessories; considered as a popular iaito in its class.

The tsuba, Higo Mokko, is a subtle blend of embossed metal and traditional Higo symbols, finished in flat black.

In contrast to the mostly dark clours, a dazzling, silver sansho (pepper flower) is placed on white ray skin; wrapped in black or brown cotton tsuka-ito. In relation to the traditional silver Higo ishime (matte textured) Fuchi/Kashira; chooses either a glossy or matte finnish from three different saya, kuroro (glossy black), kuro-ishime (matte black), cha-ishime (matte brown). All the saya include hitodome. One may select either suguha or suguha-gunome (signature hamon) on the iaito's toshin.

We have limited the choice of custom options, thus allowing for quick delivery (4 - 8 weeks crafting time) However, despite the greatly reduced crafting time, there are no compromises - we guarantee Aoi quality.

Metal-cast Flex Resistant Heavy Zinc Aluminum Alloy Blade

The toshin width is thicker than the conventional sand-casted blade, it is much heavier at approximately 880g(2.45 shaku). The thick blade enables production of longer lengths in blade without increasing chances of breakage.
