AOI has just received another shipment of in-stock iaitos, 23 of them, to be exact! These are Specialized Higo Koshirae Iaitos, and that means astonishing craftsmanship, medium-light weight, excellent balance, and a range of fittings to suit any taste. These models run from 2.25 shaku to 2.45 shaku, and the larger sizes are fitted with longer 9 sun Tsuka's to accommodate larger hands. Many of these models feature sayas in a Wakasa pattern, that appears black in most lighting conditions, but actually has a beautifully subtle wine colored swirl pattern. Tsuka and Sageos are available in both cotton or silk, in a variety of colors.
