When we set our craftsmen out to make us an Aikido uniform, we spared no expense to make it the toughest, more durable uniform out there, yet retain a soft hand and comfortable fit.

This traditional heavyweight bushu-indigo dyed cotton hakama is the choice of top sensei and students who demand long-lasting performance and comfort.  Nothing beats the feel of cotton with traditional indigo dye.  The faded navy colour is the mark of distinction for those who have practiced for years in their discipline.

This lightweight hakama is made of an easy-care tetron fabric.  Permanent sewn-in pleats ensure that its shape is maintained through years of practice, and the ergonomically designed koshiita back plate is made of durable but comfortable rubber.  Lightweight fabric means you stay cool even in the hottest days of summer.
